Created in Europe in 1959, Timac has since then developed its industrial and commercial know-how in a number of countries. Timac was the first step in the creation of the Roullier Group.  In 1999, Timac established a first presence in the American market through the creation of Timac USA Inc. From its headquarters in Reading, PA, Timac USA Inc is extending its commercial network in the North East and Upper Mid West.

 The Roullier Group, with 4.600 employees worldwide, generated $ 1 billion in sales for 2002. For several years the Group has been pursuing a policy of sustained international growth in Europe, North America and South America. This policy of growth is based on the desire to strengthen its position in its core business, agricultural supplies, as well as in agro-chemicals and food processing. With over 40 plants worldwide, the Group’s industrial capability is well developed in Europe and is growing in the North and South American continents and specially in Canada, USA, Brazil, Argentina and recently Uruguay.
