Territory Sales Manager, TSMSales Representatives, SR

The Role: to motivate, to direct, to manage.

To motivate: the primary role of a TSM is to motivate the team. With between 6 and 8 sales representatives, the TSM gives them the means to maximize the expansion of their agricultural sales.

Field support
Optimization of the sales approach
Training in the characteristics of the ranges of specific fertilizers and animal products.

To direct: the TSM is responsible for the development of the sector, coordinates partnerships with the distributors (wholesalers or cooperatives) and ensures that our range of products are listed with them.

To manage: the TSM is truly in charge of a profit center, leading a sector of 10 to 15 counties. The TSM ensures deliveries and after-sales service and, being an integral part of a high performance commercial organization, participates in drawing up action plans.

Profile: a degree in agriculture, proven experience in leading a sales force and an excellent understanding of the farming community.

Status: a Timac sales executive, compensated with a fixed salary plus bonus and an attractive benefit package. A company car is provided.
